Elders, Veterans and the Handicapped surely have pondered to themselves as to what might befall them should they have at some future point to avail themselves of America's currently proffered form of Institutionalized Nursing Care.

 

Being somewhat older myself and having already gone through the riggers of the financial toll and emotional strain placed on relatives funding confiscatory costs of Care and of caregivers limited choices in placement, I developed a new paradigm.

Constructing projects right within existing residential neighborhoods under a zoning variance via Federal allowance within the dictates of the American Disability Act.

 

Returning the Elderly, Veterans and Handicapped all back into residential  neighborhoods from whence they came.
