Our copyrighted concept design provides for three to four like minded individuals joining together under franchise and governed by Club House Rules laid out for Club Member  employment of one full time Live-In Nurse Aid, and the sharing costs of ownership and care paid, funded via' reverse mortgage on the Club House  premises following initial cost of membership proportional ownership.

 

Premises can have up to four two room suites for those being cared for; or, alternately, three individual suites with optional screened-in-porch; plus, the inclusion of an in suite residence for employed Live-In Nursing Aid.

 

Individual suites designed so as to be large enough for visiting spouses or significant others, being fitted with kitchenettes in two room suites.

 

Incorporating a Great Room, Library, Study, Kitchen, Dining Room, Laundry, and Two Car Garage.
