Aurora, Illinois Design Concept:

Community Development Center

 

We all dream; my own dream for at least a decade now has been to design a new national version of "Community Development Center" suitable for the issues of Drug Rehabilitation, Retraining employees, Half Way Housing, Emergency Housing, Community Parolee Monitoring; and, Law Enforcement oversight on premises.

 

It had occured to me that a localized community endeavor could be readily built within or adjoining to established Industrial Park Developments or alternately as community redevelopment projects within older industrial neighborhoods or within larger condemned residential sectors of America's greater metro areas.

 

Thinking the concept workable and easily bondable through community, county, state or Federal funding, I copyrighted the attached design concept in Washington DC years prior.

 

Absolutely no one yet seems to value the prospect of large scale construction here in America's neighborhoods and around the world.

 

To contain costs, the project lends itself to be constructed in either one, two, or three stories; each successive floor working independently well.
